Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist craftsmen in setting up work as required.
• Follow instructions from superintendents, foremen, and experienced crew members.
• Prioritize safety in all duties.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Read and understand warning signs, equipment instructions, safety rules, and policies.
• Observe functioning of equipment or systems to identify hazards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with relevant experience.
• Possess necessary skills and abilities for the role.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and layout tools safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Meet all physical requirements.
• Own all required tools.
• Capable of climbing and working at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft).
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
