Job Title

Construction Laborer – Multi-Family (Travel Required)

Position Summary

Bluewater Builders is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support our Multi-Family team in the field. This role is essential to maintaining job site organization, supporting subcontractors, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently. This position requires travel to active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks, verify material quantities, and properly store inventory
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, including dumpsters, trailers, garages, and common work areas
• Pull and stage materials, including cabinet doors and other items, for subcontractors each morning
• Assist with tracking and reporting inventory levels
• Support subcontractors with material handling and garbage removal
• Keep breezeways and work areas clear of debris; perform end-of-day site cleanup including blowing off work areas
• Provide general field support to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent
• Serve as a material runner, transporting materials to subcontractors as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or labor experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites
