Job summary

Moltz Construction Inc. is seeking a Skilled Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Montrose, CO. The project includes excavation, concrete, piping and equipment work and is expected to last 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Perform strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects.
• Maintain a clean job site and secure tools/equipment daily.
• Handle materials and storage; provide labor support to specialty crews.
• Load and unload trucks and hoist materials.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report issues to Foreman/Safety Manager.

About the Role:

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Skilled Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Montrose, CO. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Skilled Laborer at Moltz Construction Inc. you will:

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; performs manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
• Maintain a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews
• Load and unload trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary- $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
