Job summary

Moltz Construction Inc. is seeking a Skilled Laborer to support a water reclamation facility project in Colorado Springs, CO. The scope includes extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work for a 2+ year project.

The role requires strenuous physical work, adherence to safety protocols, and readiness to support multiple crews on site. Housing, per diem, and benefits are available as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Perform good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; performs manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
• Maintain a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews
• Load and unload trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources

About the Role:

• Salary- $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
