Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Laborer to join the operations support team in Leesport, PA. The role involves traveling to pick up machines, loading them with a hand truck and ramp, and unloading at the shop.

You will ride with staff to assist during pickups and deliveries, following on-site instructions to keep equipment safe and organized. Expect 10-12 hour shifts Monday–Sunday with overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy and dependable—show up ready to work and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including moving equipment up to 300 lbs.
• Comfort using a hand truck/dolly and working with a ramp during loading and unloading.
• Willingness to work 10-12 hour days, with OT expected and weekend work.
• Dress code: steel or composite toe shoes; plain clothes (no shorts, no holes, and no shirts with writing, pictures, or branding).

Our client is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the operations support group, helping with the safe loading and unloading of machines during traveling pickups and returns to the shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, comfort with physical tasks, and a commitment to safety and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laborer

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

Shift: Monday through Sunday (8am-6pm or 8pm; 10-12 hour days)
