Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Laborer to join a busy yard operations team in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will assist with general yard work, move materials, operate a light-duty forklift, and support safety and housekeeping efforts on site.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and stay reliable and motivated with a proactive attitude. Immediate start with potential for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and construction sector, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the yard operations supporting the physical handling and organization of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laborer

Pay Range:

Shift: 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Experience operating variety of equipment is prefered
• Assist with general yard work and cleanup duties
• Operate a light-duty forklift safely and efficiently
• Move and organize steel materials in the yard
• Perform light to medium lifting of lumber, dunnage, and steel items
• Support other general labor tasks as assigned

What's Needed?

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
