Montgomery County, PA is seeking a maintenance supervisor responsible for scheduling and completing road and bridge maintenance tasks in a timely and safe manner. The role reports to the foreperson and collaborates with the Superintendent or Department Director.
The candidate should have supervisory experience, extensive road/bridge construction background, and familiarity with PennDOT standards. The position involves heavy physical work and may require emergency callouts outside normal hours.
This position shall at times be responsible for scheduling and completing maintenance tasks in a timely fashion. The employee shall be responsible to ensure maintenance duties are completed in a safest manner with quality. The position works under the direction of the foreperson, but can receive direction form the Superintendent or Department Director.
