Job summary

Holder Construction in Mooresville, IN is seeking a Laborer to join our operations team on a full-time project. You will help prepare the site, support safety, move materials, and assist carpenters as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience, understand safety practices, can lift 50 pounds, and stay alert while working on uneven surfaces. OSHA-compliant environment and overtime may apply. Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess 1 year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be agile/mobile, able to stand or walk for long periods, and handle objects.
• Able to read/write and see/hear well with or without correction.

About The Role

• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.

• Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
