Job Title: Groundman Laborer - Aggregate Division

Kilgore, a Summit Materials company, is seeking Groundman Laborers for our Aggregate division. In this role, you will support production operations by performing tasks necessary to maintain the consistent operation of plant and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain good housekeeping practices on plant and equipment using water hoses and shovels.
2. Perform general labor duties such as shoveling and sweeping.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent operational delays.
4. Repair crushers, including liner changes, oil systems, and operations; monitor and replace worn parts.
5. Perform basic preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
6. Cross-train with other positions to maximize versatility within the team.

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• MSHA certification preferred.
