Qualifications

• Experience with confined space entry, sewer line cleaning, construction, or safety procedures is a plus.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
• Assist with debris removal, including shoveling, lifting, and moving materials.
• Crawl, kneel, and work in confined spaces as required.
• Remove and replace manhole covers.
• Assist with inventory management, including sorting, organizing, and delivering materials.
• Work safely around equipment, machinery, and potential biohazards.
• Use required PPE and protective gear.
• Work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights.
• Travel to job sites during the week, with occasional overnight stays.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Laborer/Helper to join our team at our Tucson, AZ branch. This is a field-based position supporting pipeline inspection, maintenance, and related field operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding environments, and willing to travel to job sites as needed.

What You'll Do

• Operate vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment safely
• Assist with debris removal, including shoveling, lifting, and moving materials
• Crawl, kneel, and work in confined spaces as required
• Remove and replace manhole covers
• Assist with inventory management, including sorting, organizing, and delivering materials

• Use required PPE and specialized safety equipment, including goggles, earplugs, and other protective gear
• Work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, wet environments, excessive noise, and heights
• Travel to job sites during the week, with occasional overnight stays depending on project requirements
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Required Qualifications
