Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Laborer/Groundman to perform essential manual labor and support tasks on construction projects, primarily in utility and infrastructure settings in Florida. You will assist skilled trades, maintain a safe site, and help ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities include digging, lifting, loading materials, operating basic tools, and maintaining organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license commonly required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor such as digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist operators, electricians, pipefitters, and other trades with tasks and setup of work areas.
• Operate hand tools and small power tools under supervision.
• Keep sites clean and organized, store tools properly, and dispose of debris safely.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and participate in safety meetings.
• Spot equipment and vehicles to ensure safe operation on site.
• Assist with installation/removal of temporary structures, shoring, and barricades.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
