Job summary

The Borough of Franklin is seeking a Full-time Laborer for the Road Department to perform road and drainage repairs, and buildings and grounds maintenance. The role requires snow removal and the ability to operate heavy equipment such as front end loaders, backhoes, mowers, and tractors. Overtime and on-call duties apply.

Salary is based on experience and is subject to the Teamsters Local 125 contract. Applicants must have HS diploma or equivalent, US citizenship, NJ residency, and a valid NJ

• CDL licensed persons receive additional compensation.

• buildings & grounds repairs/maintenance
• snow removal
• snow plowing exp. required and the ability to operate heavy equipment (front end loaders, backhoes, mowers and tractors)
• buildings maintenance and carpentry
• overtime/on call required
• FT benefits and Teamsters Local 125 contracted salary, based on experience/work history

Contract Salary Range Full Time $21.95 - $38.40 / Additional Compensation for CDL Licensed persons.
