KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

1. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
2. Supervise and coordinate activities of laborers and their assigned roles.
3. Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
4. Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
5. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge capacities of equipment and assigned personnel.
6. Study and analyze schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of jobs.
7. Analyze and resolve work problems.
8. Maintain time records.
9. Make cost estimates for contracts.
10. Use logical step-by-step procedures in work.
11. Plan work and solve problems.
12. Make decisions based on measurable information.
13. Operate machinery as required.
14. Provide work direction to laborers, journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.
15. Work according to standard, detailed instructions and established procedures.
16. Determine work methods from alternatives.
17. Work under broad assignment.
