Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks: trenching, digging, hauling, and site cleanup
• Assist machine operators and foremen as needed
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Arrive at the shop at 1067 Jaycox Road or report directly to assigned job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Learn and apply construction skills, including blueprint reading and grade checking
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
• Willing to learn and grow - no prior experience necessary if you have a strong work ethic
• ClassA CDL and equipment operation experience are a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute
• Capable of commuting to job sites within a 40-minute radius of Avon, OH

Work Schedule
