Dick Anderson Construction in Buffalo, WY is seeking an experienced Laborer to join our team on residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will assist carpenters, organize materials, and help with cleanup under foreman supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of residential building construction processes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Provide basic hand tools; employer provides specialty tools and equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily work instructions and determine tasks.
• Retrieve supplies and materials for carpenters.
• Assist with concrete work setup and disassembly.
• Cut framing materials and other materials using saws.
• Grade lumber.
• Keep all materials organized on the project site.
• Assist in framing duties.
• Set up staging, scaffolding, and ladders safely.
• Prep and sand materials for staining/painting.
• Maintain and clean all tools and equipment.
• Load and unload materials at job sites.
• Pack materials to specific areas as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and keep work area clean, shovel and pick up materials.
