Job summary

TIC_Craft is seeking an entry-level Construction Helper to assist skilled craft workers at construction sites. You will perform physically demanding tasks and learn to observe and follow safety guidelines while supporting the crew with setup and cleanup.

You will work under supervision, read instructions, and use hand and power tools to assist with daily operations. This role requires ability to work outdoors in various weather and overtime as workload demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with related field experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge and abilities for the position.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions and communicate with supervision.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safely and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications

• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Must possess working knowledge skills and abilities for position.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safe and efficiently.

• Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft)
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload
