As a Laborer, Aerial Crew, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring the scope of work performed meets customer standards.

What you'll do...
  • Serve as the ground hand for technicians, providing parts as needed and moving bucket trucks as directed.
  • Complete door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities before starting each workday.
  • Perform and document daily inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment. Drive company vehicles to the jobsite if licensed.
Who we are looking for...
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States.
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You possess a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • You have 0-1 or more years of unskilled labor experience; telecommunications experience is a plus.
  • You can lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed, with or without assistance.
  • You may be a certified pole climber or capable of demonstrating proficiency.
  • You have knowledge of the installation of aerial and underground cables/support members in compliance with all applicable codes and customer specifications.
