Job Description

This position requires the ability to operate equipment, conduct quality checks, and interpret production work orders. The role involves operating production machines, handling equipment such as overhead hoists, making machine setups, and reporting activities accurately. Basic skills with power tools and understanding of Bill of Materials are essential. Conducting quality checks with basic measurement tools and complying with the Quality Management System are also required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive, or construction (masonry, framing, concrete)
• Basic mechanic skills preferred
• Ability to meet production standards and follow instructions
• Ability to read blueprints with geometric tolerances (preferred)
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Lift 40 lbs unassisted
• Repetitive assembly tasks
• Stand for long periods

• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Fast-paced environment
