Job summary

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Laborer to perform a variety of general manual labor tasks, with 100% travel and company-provided transportation. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork in a dynamic industrial environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Background checks, drug screens, and a physical are required; TWIC is a plus. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits follow after start.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check, drug screen, and physical required.
• Possession of a TWIC card is a plus but not required.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas.
• Able to work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperatures and outside conditions.

• Assists in maintaining an organized set of supplies and equipment.
• Ensures equipment is placed and returned to its proper storage location.
• Keeps a clean, well-maintained, and organized work area.

• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
• May stoop, kneel, or bend, on occasion.
• Move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas.
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
• Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
