Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Laborer to perform various general manual labor tasks. This position requires 100% travel, with travel provided in company vehicles. The role supports maintenance of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and a clean, safe work area.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read/write. A TWIC card is a plus but not required, and flexibility for weekends and overtime is expected.

What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, night shifts, and overtime if required.
• Must have acceptable ID, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Able to withstand 70 psi of back pressure.
• May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
• May stoop, kneel, or bend, on occasion.
• Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas.
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
• Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
