Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Overview:

We are seeking manufacturing candidates with the ability to operate highly technical production equipment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Successful candidates must be available to work any shift and overtime. Candidates should possess good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, as well as the ability to accurately use measurement instruments and demonstrate good mathematical problem-solving skills.

As a Laborer, your contributions will include:

• Completing work in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Recognizing and mitigating safety risks and communicating effectively about risks and exposures
• Monitoring instrumentation and control devices
• Making product and process decisions based on graphical and statistical analysis

Candidate requirements:
