Job summary

Brycon Corporation is seeking construction laborers in Texas to perform physical work at construction and demolition sites. You may operate hand and power tools with proper training and assist other craft workers to keep projects progressing smoothly.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, assisting with securing the site, coordinating with equipment operators, and maintaining safety per company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work activities.
• Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol testing.

• Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays. Employee will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act.
