Job summary

HLS Landscape in the Greater Houston area is seeking dependable Landscape Laborers to join our commercial landscaping team. You will perform lawn care, trimming, debris removal, and general landscape maintenance, with opportunities to assist irrigation work.

We value reliability, the ability to work outdoors in various weather, and teamwork. No mandatory previous irrigation experience is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable performance is essential.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns and landscape areas.
• Remove weeds, trash, and debris from sites.
• Trim shrubs and plants; assist with planting and maintenance.
• Help with irrigation installation and repairs as needed.
• Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.

HLS Landscape is an established commercial landscaping company serving properties throughout the Greater Houston area. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns and landscape areas
• Remove weeds, trash, and debris
• Trim shrubs and plants
• Assist with planting and landscape maintenance
• Help with irrigation installation and repairs
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Keep job sites clean and professional
• Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and wet weather
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Landscaping or irrigation experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday
Occasional Fridays may be required due to weather or scheduling.
