Job summary

HLS Landscape in the Greater Houston Area is growing and hiring Landscape Construction Laborers to join our team. You will assist with landscape installation and construction projects, install plants, trees, shrubs, and seasonal color, and help with irrigation installation and repairs.

Gain hands-on experience with landscape materials, mulch placement, and site safety while working with an experienced team in a supportive environment that values reliability and hard work.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation and construction projects.
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, and seasonal color.
• Spread mulch, soil, and other materials.
• Assist with irrigation installation and repairs.
• Load, unload, and move materials.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow instructions from Foremen and Supervisors.
