Spartan Ram Jacks is seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team in Lenexa, KS. You will assist with foundation repair tasks, water management systems, and related construction duties. The role focuses on teamwork, reliability, and working in all weather conditions.

Primary duties include site preparation, material handling and following supervisor instructions. A valid driver’s license is required; past construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.

-We are looking for dedicated Laborers to join our team at Spartan Ram Jacks! We specialize in Foundation repair including- crack injections, installing piers, and anchors as well as water management- sump pumps, GEO systems, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Showing up on time
• Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Digging, backfilling, installing material
• Following instructions from supervisors

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Ability to work in all weather
• Workers must be punctual and reliable
• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required

-Must be able to pass a background check

Benefits

• Starting salary is dependent on prior experience.
• Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
• 90-day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance
