BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Laborer to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Wage:

• Starting at $20hourly depending on experience
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Follows BCI Safety Manual and Site Leader's safety direction. Promotes a safe environment for all people on site
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Assist in building and dismantling forms for concrete pours
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools
• Perform:
• Drywall hanging, wall sheathing, backing, blocking, and other rough carpentry duties
• Selective demolition, including removing walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, finishes, etc
• General Conditions, such as; temporary enclosures, barricades, fencing, floor protection
• Routine clean-up tasks
• General labor duties as assigned

Requirements:
