Job summary

CLP Circular Services is seeking a Laborer in San Antonio, TX to perform outdoor labor and direct customers in unloading yard debris at the site. The role includes addressing safety, traffic direction, and coordinating with the scale house as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities include assisting equipment operators, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and potentially handling landscaping tasks. Prior related experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• State issued, valid driver's license may be required.
• One year of previous relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic awareness of health and safety rules, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to unload yard debris at the site.
• Assist Heavy Equipment Operators with various tasks.
• Ensure a neat and safe work environment.
• Direct traffic at the working face.
• Communicate with the scale house on a regular basis.
• May include general landscaping and/or weed eating.
• Picking trash or sorting materials.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Normal work environment is outdoors, with exposure to all weather conditions, dirt, high levels of noise, smells/odors and at times exposure to dangerous and/or toxic substances requiring necessary precautions, including PPE.
