Job summary

Palmetto Rock Services, Inc. is seeking a Laborer in Raleigh, NC to perform physical labor at construction sites under the Operations department. This full-time role focuses on safety, site preparation, and basic earthwork.

You will shovel, dig trenches, assist with backfilling, and help control traffic in work zones, while maintaining high attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Capable of working at a sustained pace and produce quality work.
• Must be accountable for conduct and have excellent attendance.
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including working overtime and weekends as needed.
