Silver Creek Construction, Inc. in Ponder, TX is hiring Laborers for heavy highway construction projects. No experience is required, but a willingness to travel and stay overnight is necessary.

Qualifications

• No experience required (experience in heavy highway construction preferred).
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge and practice of safe work practices.
• Team orientation.
• Ability to stretch, bend, lift (up to 80 lbs), push, pull, twist, throw, walk, stand, hammer, rub, reach, kneel, and squat.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clear background.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for projects.

Silver Creek Construction, Inc. is seeking motivated Laborers to join their Heavy Highway Construction team in Ponder, Texas. These positions involve a variety of physical tasks on roadway, highway, bridge, and heavy construction projects, with travel and overnight stays required. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in heavy highway construction is preferred but not required.
