• Basic mechanical skills—comfortable with tools, small repairs, and hooking up trailers.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols.
• Outdoor work in all seasons and weather conditions.
• Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites.
• Hook up, load, and unload trash trailers, equipment trailers, and small machinery.
• Drive trucks with attached trailers as needed (valid driver’s license required).
• Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and maintenance (changing a tire, greasing fittings, checking fluids).
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work independently when needed.
• Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hard‑working Laborer with a mix of construction know‑how and practical, hands‑on equipment skills. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hands‑on, outdoor work—comfortable pitching in wherever needed, figuring things out on the fly, and keeping jobs moving.
