Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hard‑working Laborer with a mix of construction know-how and practical, hands‑on equipment skills. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hands‑on, outdoor work—comfortable pitching in wherever needed, figuring things out on the fly, and keeping jobs moving.

The right candidate will be able to handle basic construction labor, use tools safely, and operate or assist with equipment such as trailers, trucks, and small machinery. You’ll also help with site prep, cleanup, and material handling, and you’ll take pride in doing quality work the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites.
• Hook up, load, and unload trash trailers, equipment trailers, and small machinery.
• Drive trucks with attached trailers as needed (valid driver’s license required).
• Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and maintenance (changing a tire, greasing fittings, checking fluids).
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work independently when needed.
• Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards.
