Job summary

Lubbock Country Club in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Laborer to assist the maintenance team under the Asst. Superintendent.

You will perform duties on the golf course including debris pickup, filling divots, trench digging for irrigation, planting and watering trees, and painting guard rails. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 30-40 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and the capacity to work outdoors in all weather.

• Helps in planting and watering of trees as directed.

• Frequent exposure to inclement weather conditions
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to drive, stand, walk, climb stairs, balance stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and/or sit up to eight hours per day.

• Reach with hands and arms.
• Hearing and talking sufficient enough to communicate with members, guests, vendors, and co-workers.
