Job summary

Gutridge is seeking entry-level construction staff to join its central Ohio team. You will measure, cut, thread, and assemble materials under supervision and help with rough-in work, repairs, and installations according to blueprints and project specs.

The role emphasizes reading schematic diagrams, following safety policies, and maintaining a professional, customer-friendly attitude while collaborating with coworkers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience preferred and interest in advancing within the trades.
• Ability to read and apply codes and project documentation.
• Own OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
