Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual and a team player.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pipe layer and equipment operator during excavation and pipe installation.
• Set up and help maintain level lasers and pipe lasers for accurate grade and alignment.
• Communicate effectively with the crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform physical labor including lifting, shoveling, grading, and trench maintenance.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Lift and carry heavy materials and tools (50+ pounds).
• Follow all company and safety procedures on site.
• Assist with material handling and site cleanup as needed.
• Support all members of the crew to complete projects on time and to quality standards.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our 4-person pipe crew. This position plays a key support role in underground utility installation and excavation projects.
