Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance to customers by manually lifting and carefully weighing their products to ensure accuracy.
  • Preparing and processing materials for recycling by baling them efficiently.
  • Keeping the work area clean and ready to go daily.
  • Processing and baling material to ensure that quality material is shipped to our customers.
  • Reporting any issues that arise immediately.
  • Assisting customers during the unloading and weighing of material.
  • Assisting in meeting monthly production goals.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Completion of High School and/or equivalent.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift materials up to 40 lbs.
  • Standing for up to 12 hours, regular walking, squatting, and climbing.
  • Ability to learn and follow directions.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Self‑motivated: initiates and takes action before being required to do so.
  • Strong work ethic: uses time efficiently, works safely, and ensures everyone around him is working safely.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
