Job Summary

We are seeking Laborers to join our growing team, providing advanced pavement preservation solutions.

Main Responsibilities

1. Perform general labor duties such as walking, laying materials according to specifications, and cleaning roadways.
2. Operate various equipment and vehicles, including transporting construction materials.
3. Maintain traffic control and flagging duties safely.
4. Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
5. Work effectively within a team environment.
6. Assist with other duties as needed to support the crew.

Qualifications

1. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred, to be obtained within one year.
2. Highway experience and OSHA 10-hour or Flagger certification are a plus.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overnight travel.
4. Willingness to travel 75-90% of the time.
5. Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage.
6. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate uneven terrain.
