Job summary

Recology is seeking a Laborer to work under close supervision, keeping the facility litter free and assisting with other projects as needed.

The role involves directing public vehicles to tipping areas, collecting litter and recyclables, moving bags to pickup points, and supporting the Spotter during breaks. Flexibility for related tasks and physically demanding work is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct public vehicles to tipping area.
• Pick up blown litter on adjacent roads.
• Collect metal or other recyclable materials from tipping area.
• Transport full litter bags to pickup point or tipping area.
• Relieve Spotter during lunch breaks and other times.
• Repair drainage flumes.
• Move or construct wind fences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
