Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of signs and installation materials.
• Support sign installation crews in the field by preparing tools, staging equipment, and cleaning job sites.
• Learn to operate hand tools, power tools, and other basic equipment required for installation.
• Follow instructions from crew leads and supervisors while adhering to company safety practices.
• Help maintain an organized and safe work area on job sites and at the shop.
• Participate in travel projects and overnight stays as needed (with paid per diem).
• Demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude daily.
• Must be comfortable to work in varying heights in this environment. Not every job is on the ground.
  
  

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
