Job summary

Worley in Baytown, TX is seeking an entry-level site laborer to prepare daily work areas, perform housekeeping, and support construction teams on active projects. You will assist with moving materials, cleaning work zones, and following project plans under supervision.

Assist with basic tool use and equipment maintenance while adhering to safety practices. This role offers on-site training and pathways to advanced skilled trades as you gain experience.

Responsibilities

• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
• Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools
• Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps and other temporary structures.
• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools
• Distribute building materials, machinery, and tools to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications

Position Summary

Prepares site for daily work, performs all housekeeping and duties necessary for daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities
