Job summary

The ideal candidates are reliable, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and willing to learn and grow into more specialized roles. OSHA 10 training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Able to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 (will train).
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor: shoveling, raking, breaking, and hand-grading.
• Support pipe layers, masons, and operators with material handling and on-the-ground work.
• Set and maintain traffic control devices; flag traffic when assigned.
• Keep the work zone clean and organized.
• Operate small power tools (saws, compactors, generators) as trained.
• Support the foreman with miscellaneous tasks throughout the shift.
