Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a construction worker to support erosion control, site stabilization, and general roadway operations. You will assist multiple crews, handle materials, and help maintain traffic control measures on active sites.

The role emphasizes safety, physical labor, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for skill development. EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.

Qualifications

• Prior heavy civil, highway, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (minimum).

Responsibilities

• Perform erosion control and site stabilization activities.
• Shovel, move, and place construction materials.
• Assist pipe crews, grading crews, and other roadway construction operations.
• Install, maintain, and repair traffic control devices.
• Work in and around live traffic and heavy equipment.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Load or unload building materials for use in construction.
• Build or participate in bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth for construction.
• Maintain knowledge of company values and strategic plan.
• Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.

• Assisting pipe crews, grading crews, and other roadway construction operations
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing traffic control devices
• Working in and around live traffic and heavy equipment
• Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
• Builds or takes part bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

Min: USD $16.00/Hr. Max: USD $21.00/Hr.
