We’re hiring a Laboratory / Warehouse Assistant for our Southeast Houston area client!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Laboratory / Warehouse Assistant
• Location: Southeast Houston area
• Pay: $16 per hour
• Hours: 8am-5pm
• Duration: Temp-to-hire
• Description of Duties: Maintaining a clean, safe, and properly supplied laboratory / warehouse area. Clean all lab glassware and setup for daily samples; maintain sample storage area; proper disposal of samples to waste collection area; ensure availability of solvents for lab testing process; store / organize spare lab parts in the warehouse storage area; assist in retrieval of samples from warehouse; maintain and update long term storage samples list; dispose of cardboard and lab waste containers as needed.
• Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have full mobility in back, arms legs, feet and hands; good attention to detail; ability to accurately follow procedures / protocols; experience in a lab / chemical environment preferred
