Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months in a laboratory, education/training, or healthcare role.
• Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program and materials.
• Provide instruction to new and existing employees in lab workflows.
• Coach learners through one-on-one and group sessions.
