Manage reagent and consumable inventory to ensure uninterrupted testing while minimizing waste and controlling costs.

Participate in professional development, training, and competency activities as required by laboratory expansion or new technologies.
Support laboratory operations by working overtime when needed, including flexibility to meet operational demands.
