Job summary

ALS is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our global testing team. You will perform a range of laboratory tests, follow SOPs, calibrate instruments, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or laboratory experience, knowledge of good laboratory practice, and be comfortable with paperwork, data entry, and sample routing while upholding ISO 17025 standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or laboratory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of good laboratory practice.
• Comfortable in high paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests as outlined by SOPs and calibrations/standardization tests.
• Maintain routine upkeep of testing instrumentation and accurate paperwork for tests.
• Load data for tests performed and ensure proper sample routing.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and compliant with QA and ISO 17025 policies.
• Record production and test results, dispose of samples properly, and assist with other duties as required.
