Job summary

ALS Limited in Holland, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform lab tests, calibrations, and routine instrument maintenance while ensuring quality and safety guidelines are followed to maintain production targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or related lab experience and comfort in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to data recording, sample routing, and proper disposal in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or laboratory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of good laboratory practice.
• Comfortable in high paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests as outlined by SOPs.
• Perform calibrations, standardization and SPC tests.
• Routine maintenance of testing instrumentation.
• Complete paperwork to track tests and validity.
• Load data for tests performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Accurately recording personal production and meeting production requirements.
• Route samples for additional testing per SOPs and dispose of samples properly.
• Comply with local and corporate QA policies and ISO 17025 requirements.
