Job summary

IMCD US, LLC in Exton, Pennsylvania is seeking a Laboratory Technician to maintain equipment, materials, and facilities in a compliant lab environment.

You will perform testing, document results, support training and demonstrations, and assist with product development and technical evaluations for internal and external stakeholders. This on-site role requires an associate degree in a scientific field and at least five years of lab experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of five years of laboratory experience in an industrial, commercial, research, or quality environment.
• Experience conducting laboratory testing, maintaining records, and supporting technical projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lab data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform laboratory testing, evaluations, and studies in accordance with established procedures and approved methodologies.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal laboratory projects under the direction of laboratory leadership.
• Document, analyze, and communicate test results and other laboratory findings accurately and timely.
• Assist with laboratory training sessions, demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support product development, application testing, and technical evaluation activities related to customer and business needs.
• Coordinate laboratory inventory and procure approved consumables, supplies, and materials as needed.
• Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards to support a safe and productive work environment.
