Insight Global is assisting an industrial manufacturing client in Philadelphia, PA to hire a QC Technician for the Quality Team. Training will run 8am–4pm, Mon–Fri, 6–8 weeks, then 5pm–5am, 4 days on/4 days off.

The role focuses on quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods, including ion exchange resins. Responsibilities include QC testing, documentation, QA, safety, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field required.
• 1–2 years of wet chemistry experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Job Description

One of our industrial manufacturing clients is seeking a QC Technician to join their Quality Team in Philadelphia, PA.

Training will be conducted from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, and is expected to last approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the individual's progress. Once fully trained, the schedule will transition to 5pm to 5am on 4 days on, 4 days off rotation

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of company's products, primarily focuses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods, potentially including ion exchange resins. This role involved performing a variety of tests and analyses to ensure compliance with establishes quality standards, specifications and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting QC Tests
• Documentation and Reporting
• Quality Assurance and Improvement
• Safety & Maintenance

Compensation:

$20-25/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
