Ceva Animal Health in Lenexa, KS is hiring an SSIU Laboratory Technician II to support microbiology, molecular biology, and diagnostic data processing. You will assemble data, review results for accuracy, manage reagents, and ensure timely processing of clinical samples under SOPs.

The role requires familiarity with LIMS, Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to work collaboratively across SID, R&D, and sales teams. A strong foundation in microbiology and molecular biology is essential.

Qualifications

• MS in Virology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology or related field, or BA/BS with 1–3 years in virology/microbiology/molecular lab.
• Experience in microbiology and molecular biology techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with LIMS and standard lab safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely processing of clinical samples and maintain lab organization.
• Prepare reports and maintain bench records; assist with safety and quality initiatives.
• Assist in animal trials or studies and cross-train with related teams.
• Maintain inventories of reagents and supplies and support data tracking for quality standards.
