Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Laboratory Technician - I (Assistant) to join a pharmaceutical client in Elkhorn, NE on an 11-month contract. The role supports QC lab operations, media preparation, sterilization, and general housekeeping to maintain a compliant environment.

Shift notices: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with start times between 6am and 8am CST. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.98 per hour on a W2 contract, with no PTO or benefits; ACA-compliant supplemental enrollment available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an associate degree in a related science is preferred.
• Previous laboratory or manufacturing experience in regulated environments is desirable.
• Experience operating autoclaves or sterilization equipment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory organization and housekeeping to maintain a clean, compliant workspace.
• Prepare media, weigh and mix reagents, and label/store materials per procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Operate sterilization equipment following approved safety procedures.
• Maintain sterilization records and support routine inspections.
• Follow GDP and safety regulations and assist with routine maintenance.
